  • Give it a few days. I thought it was strange that they gave all the outsiders the big dog and pony show leading to launch. I'm expecting them to now say that "foreign entities" allowed into the country had something to do with the failure.

  • I haven't researched, but does Roberts also show up in these things as well? If it is only Scalia and Thomas, and reading about Roberts supposed concern for the "institution", might Roberts start saving his own skin a bit by reigning in the other two, at least in public?

  • I actually liked it better than telling them to FUAD. By supporting the President with the SCOTUS and Judiciary's own cases he held up the judge to his own personal peeve.
